The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026 will be organized by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs). It is a national-level entrance exam for admission to undergraduate (LLB) and postgraduate (LLM) law programs offered by NLUs across India.

There is no upper age restriction for CLAT 2026.

Eligibility (Qualification)

Candidates must fulfill the following qualification criteria:

• For UG (LLB 5-Year Program): 12th Passed with at least 45% marks (40% for SC / ST / PH).
• For PG (LLM 1-Year Program): LLB Degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC / ST / PH).
